Our physical book is printed on demand and fulfilled through Lulu. Printing usually takes 3 to 5 business days. Shipping charges, applicable taxes and available delivery methods are shown at checkout. Because each book is printed on demand, change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted. If an order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly through our website contact page with the order details and photographs, if available, so we can review and coordinate an appropriate remedy. Cancellation may not be possible once production begins. Nothing in this policy limits rights provided by applicable law.
